OCSR partner is a reseller who purchases the One-Connection services in wholesale and re-sells these services to its end-users in its own brand name and not on behalf of One-Connection. The OCSR partner can choose to brand the service under a different name other than One-Connection. All subscribers buying One-Connection services from OCSR partner will be managed by OCSR partner.
Service Providers who opt for the OCSR Partner program will be responsible for their own sales, marketing, customer billing and service, and first-level of technical support to the end-users. This partner type is categorised as a service downstream partner of OCGC.
Benefits
Create revenue from selling to individual customer variety of OC services and products such as Global Internet Roaming Access, voice calls over the OC Global Network etc.
OCGC also provides OCSR a web based Partner Management Tool (PMT) that is for managing OCSR services distribution. |

Full One-Connection Service Reseller (Full OCSR) buys DID numbers, Phone Access traffic, voice traffic and Internet traffic from OCGC, then packages independently and sells OC-based services to its end users. Full OCSR is NOT required to invest Radius server, Database server and Web server which are hosted on OCGC servers instead, to authenticate, store user information and provide the services to the end users subsequently. |

Compact One-Connection Service Reseller (Compact OCSR) buys DID numbers, Phone Access traffic, voice traffic and Internet traffic from OCGC, then integrates OC-based services into its existing services and then sell to its end users. Compact OCSR is REQUIRED to invest Radius server, Database server and Web server (or share with existing Radius server, Database server and Web server) to authenticate, store user information and provide the services to the end users subsequently. |
