(*) Phone Access Traffic is generated by users to dial in the Phone Access Number. It is incoming voice traffic calling in the Phone Access Number (**).

(**) Phone Access Number is the telephone number to allow OC Users all over the world to access in to use the OC services which include making Phone-to-Phone call, setting Forwarding Number, checking voice mails/faxes and managing their accounts.
